Residential Bradford White Water Heater Problem Repair And Reviews

Question: I have a bradford white water heater & i have to change it.if i want to get a kenmore,will i have to retrofit?

Shouldn't be a problem as long as the tank is the same basic size. If it is taller or wider you will have to move pipes. My parents water heater was 40 yrs old and they just picked up a generic one at Lowe's and it fit just fine.

I would highly recommend you buy a bosch on demand 3 or 4 applicati0on water heater they work great and save you a lot of money even though they are around 1000 dollars and have a great warranty and save you a lot of space. i had a 40 gal hot water heater (natural gas) and installed the above heater i have it a while now gas bills are unbelievable low now.they are only the size of a box about 3ft by 16 inchesand mount on a wall its like i gained a wehole closet area for storage

No , you shouldnt have make any major changes - hot / cold water lines along with the relief valve drain might need some tweeking up - the vent might have to be adjusted - make sure you purchase the same gallon amount -
