Free advice on rheem electric water heater problems
I have a rheem electric water heater. we can get the water semi warm, but not shower or bath hot. temp is up?

Have a rheem electric water heater. hot water for about 5 min , then cold. replaced lower element.?
i got same results as before. could it be top element? or is it just worn out? its 1991.but it dont leak or any thing. its in a manufactured home..

I just bought a house that had been previously winterized. I have a Rheem dual element electric water heater that is not turning out hot water. There is electric power to the water heater because I had it checked but for some reason no hot water. The water felt warm for a while but never hot and now its just plain cold again. Anyone have any ideas before I call a plumber?
